MK August 2015
From the EditorSo the Summer holidays are in full swing and no doubt most of you will disappear to sunnier climes. If you’re planning to spend the Summer in Milton Keynes however, there are plenty of things to do to keep the family entertained – take a look at our diary dates from page 70 for what’s going on in the area. I must say a huge good luck to all of you who are expecting exam results this month – I can’t imagine how anxious you must all feel. Just remember the work is now done and you can’t change anything. You did your best and if it wasn’t enough to open the next chapter in your life then Milton Keynes
College have the definitive guide to what to do next. It’s on page 51.
This month our resident motoring expert, Adam Tudor-Lane has a tour of the Morgan Motor Company factory which you can read on pages 54-55 and Steve Clarke visits Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm (page 50). I know which one I’ll be visiting first!
Arts Gateway article is on ‘Literature’; although a new city, MK has a rich literary heritage back as far as the 18th century. Read more on pages 68-69.
At Pulse Magazine HQ we’ve all been SUPER busy as our Northampton magazine, NN Pulse, launches next month and so far we have had a great response. If you want to advertise or have some information you think the folk in Northamptonshire would like to hear about, then do get in touch on email@example.com
Enjoy the Summer folks and I’ll see you all in September.
